Reggae In The Park kicked off with a bang at the Rose Duncan Park in Linstead, St Catherine on Friday February 7.
The event which forms part of the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport Reggae Month activities, started off with an official opening ceremony with Cultural Icon Dr Amina Blackwood- Meeks making a presentation as well as an impromptu stage show.

Reggae In The Park continues on Friday the 14th, and there will be the Reggae ITP Film Fest at 7pm.
Sunday the 16th will be the Reggae ITP 5K 'Ubuntu' Love Run/Walk between 6am and 10am. Action continues on Friday the 21st with the Reggae ITP Art Walk & Fashion Night Out starting at 7pm.
Activities will come to a climax on Friday the 28th with the Reggae ITP Food Expo & Festival.
There will be musical presentations by various sound systems and radio dj's each week respectively.
