Reggae Boyz to face Stars & Stripes in Concacaf Nations League quarter finals

Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz will battle Defending Champions United States in the Concacaf Nations League Quarterfinals.

This will be a repeat of the semifinals from the last edition when Jamaica conceded twice in injury time to go down 3-1 after taking an early lead.

The clash was confirmed by Regional governing body Concacaf who revealed the Nations League quarterfinal and play-in match-ups on Wednesday October 16.

The first leg will be contested on November 14 at the National Stadium in Kingston with the return leg set for November 18 at City Park Stadium in St. Louis.

The home-and-away series will take place during the FIFA match window of November 2024 and determine the teams advancing to the Concacaf nations League finals at Hollywood Park and Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles, CA, and the 2025 Gold Cup preliminaries, respectively.

The Reggae Boyz booked their place in the quarter-finals after topping Group B in League A with 8 points following their nil all draw against Honduras.

The Hondurans meanwhile, will host Mexico in the first leg also on November 14.

In the other games, Panama play away to Costa Rica and Suriname host Canada.

The return legs will all be contested on November 18 with the winners on aggregate advancing to the semi-finals in March 2025.
