Central High has finished as Zone H winners in the ISSA rural area Dacosta Cup football competition, after battling to a nil all draw with Defending Champions Clarendon College at the Wembley Centre of Excellence on Monday October 14.
With the result the 2022 beaten finalists finished with 20 points, one point ahead of Clarendon College.
Alphansus Davis meantime wrapped up the final available spot in the 32 team 2nd round.
Needing only to avoid defeat to make progress from Zone G, Alphansus Davis completed their aborted encounter with Bellefield at 2-all - This after resuming from the 58th minute with the game locked at 2-all.
Zone H winners Central will join Group 6 in the round of 32 alongside Dinthill, Port Antonio and Yallahs.
Runners up Clarendon College will be in Group 7 alongside Glenmuir, Titchfield and Paul Bogle.
Second round gets underway Tuesday October 15, with a lone game in Group 6, featuring former champions Dinthill facing off with Port Antonio at Carder Park.
Meanwhile, former champions Charlie Smith will play at home to Tarrant, in one of five matches on in the ISSA Corporate area Manning Cup competition also on Tuesday October 15..
The three time champions who are second and still battling for a second round spot, are on 15 points, while Jonathan Grant who are also on 15 points, but behind on goal difference will not be in action on the day.
The already qualified qualified and Zone D leaders Calabar will host the eliminated Vauxhall, Staths who are also through to the second round will face Kingston Technical at Boys Town, while in a game of academic interest, Haile Selassie will meet Camperdown.
Ascot will meet Pembroke Hall at Dunbeholden in a lone game in Zone F.
